Frequently asked questions
How do I book a date?
The date is booked once the 50% deposit is received; the balance is paid on delivery, and final files are handed over once it is paid. Travel within the Abidjan municipalities is included.
Can I use the images freely?
Yes, for your own communication, on all media and with no time limit. You obtain consent from the people photographed or filmed and from those in charge of the locations. Use in large-scale paid advertising (TV, billboards) may require additional rights, specified in the quote.
What if I need to cancel?
Cancellation less than 7 days before the shoot: the deposit is kept. One free rescheduling is accepted if requested at least 7 days before. Outdoor shoot cancelled due to bad weather: rescheduled free of charge.
